Cron Expiration Policy
Starting at official launch, cron expiration rules are as follows:
1. Initial Welcome Crons
50 crons upon account creation
Valid for 1 year from signup date
2. Monthly Subscription Crons
Crons allocated each billing cycle
Must be used within that month
Unused crons do not roll over to the next month
Subscription remains active regardless of cron usage
3. Add-on Cron Purchases
Crons purchased in addition to subscription
Valid for 6 months from purchase date
Can be used anytime within the validity period
4. Beta User Cron Conversion
All existing beta crons undergo 1:10 redenomination on February 26, 2026.
Your cron balance will be divided by 10 (same purchasing power)
Beta purchase reimbursements are added after conversion
Standard expiration policies apply based on cron source:
Welcome crons: 1 year
Subscription crons: Monthly expiration
Purchased crons: 6 months
Reimbursed crons: 6 months

What is the 48-hour payment pause?
From February 24-26 (12:00 AM KST), new subscriptions and cron purchases are temporarily disabled while we transition to the new pricing system. The platform remains fully functional. you can use all features, generate content, and use existing crons without any restrictions.
Should I buy crons before the pause?
If you anticipate needing additional crons during or immediately after the transition period, we recommend purchasing them before February 24, 12:00 AM KST.
Will my existing subscription change?
Your subscription continues seamlessly. You'll immediately benefit from the new lower pricing on AI models, and your next billing cycle will include the 1+1 launch bonus if you subscribed during beta or renew during Feb 26 - Mar 31.
What happens to my current crons?
All existing crons are converted at 1:10 ratio (same purchasing power). Beta testers receive full reimbursement based on total purchase history, regardless of how many crons you've already used.
How does the beta reimbursement work if I used all my crons?
You still receive crons for your full purchase history! The reimbursement is based on your total purchased amount, not your remaining balance. If you purchased 5,000 crons and used all of them, you'll receive 500 crons (after 1:10 conversion) credited to your account at launch.
How long do I have to claim the 1+1 bonus?
Subscribe anytime between February 26 and March 31, 2026 to receive double crons on your first month.
For annual plans, how does the 1+1 bonus work?
When you subscribe to an annual plan during the launch period (Feb 26 - Mar 31), you receive double crons for your first month as a launch bonus, just like monthly subscribers. Annual plans provide the same monthly cron allocation at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. For example: Subscribe to Annual Personal plan → receive 2 months of crons in your first month, then continue receiving your monthly allocation for the remainder of the year at the lower annual rate.
Do the new prices apply to all models?
Yes. All AI models across the platform reflect the new reduced pricing immediately at launch. You'll see up to 54.9% savings depending on your plan and billing frequency.
Can I stack the beta reimbursement with the launch bonus?
Yes! Beta subscribers receive both the full cron purchase reimbursement AND the 1+1 launch bonus on their next billing cycle.
